MUSICAL STAIRS

- I came across this video when i was searching through youtube, and i find it amazing that the thought of adding a musical tone, or even an oversized piano onto stairs will make more people WANT to use stairs instead of use the escalator. This just shows that as the vid says "fun can obviously change behaviour for the better".
I also thought this would be a good interpretation of art and likelning it to muek's artwork as his is normally oversized and larger than normal. In this case the piano is supersized.
Enjoy!

KOGARAH COMMUNITY CENTER

This was one of my submissions that I rather liked.
The purpose of the community center, was to provide the Kogarah Council with a development that would house the artwork of the neighboring St George Tafe students. A multi-purpose hall was also incorporated into the design, which housed 500 seats and could be used for a variety of either functions, lectures, discussions etc.

FALLINGWATER - FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT

I decided to choose Fallingwater as my portrayal of great architecture.
One reason for this, is because I feel that Wright has carried out the integration of house and landscape quite successfully. The projection of terraces over the flowing waterfall immediately below, is one way that he achieves this.

BEAUTIFUL DAY

This is an original image that I took a little while ago. It conveys a sense of peace whenever I look at it. The predominant feature in the photograph is the large rock face which has been eroded by the rising of the tide and the years gone by. I think that today, natural beauty like this goes unnoticed by a large number of people, and that if we stop and take a moment to look and notice our surroundings, it would help each and every individual.
